Get your questions answered quicklyThe guarantee is 1 year. KTC does not recommend modifications or alterations in its equipment, except for those made in the Authorized Service Centers of the brand. Any modification that is not carried out at a KTC Authorized Service Center which compromises spare parts or accessories implies the loss of warranty of the equipment. During the warranty period, KTC is committed to correct, at no cost to the customer, any anomalies arising from manufacturing or assembly failures. Products with natural wearing out due to use, are not covered by the warranty.
The original spare parts and accessories sold and installed by a KTC Authorized Service Center, have a 6 month warranty as from the invoice date.
The maintenance plan takes into consideration two basic factors: Years of the equipment and working hours/usage. Each combustion equipment has a checklist for periodic maintenance in the user manual. To know about the specific maintenance time intervals of each machine or equipment, please refer to the user manual.
The service request can be carried out by any means of information, telephone call, email, contact with authorized distributor etc. Once you make your request, KTC's after-sales service will get in touch with you in a time not longer than 24 hours in order to meet your request.
The services of the KTC brand can be done in any of our authorized service centers in the country, regardless of where the equipment or product was purchased.
Yes, there are some pieces and spare parts that are considered normal maintenance that have a limited warranty. See "Periodic maintenance” manual.
They are pieces that must be replaced at regular intervals of time. Examples: filters, spark plugs, brushes, hoses and fuses.
